Republic of South Africa, the Department of Environmental Affairs is inviting applications for DEA Internship opportunities for the year 2017/2018. Applicants must be 18 – 35 of age and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Interns will receive a stipend/allowance of R 4500.00 per month. It will be provided to the interns for 12 months. Internship application deadline is December 23, 2016.

Eligibility:
  • Only South African youth between the ages of 18 and 35 can apply for these Internships.
    South African youth with disabilities are especially encouraged to apply.
  • The persons with disabilities will receive preference for the Internship programme, and therefore encouraged to apply.
  • DEA is inviting applicants who have not previously participated in any Internship programme and currently unemployed.
  • Candidates must have completed at least an undergraduate or post graduate qualification from a recognised Higher Education Institution in the following study fields. Correspondence will only be limited to successful candidates.

Internship Description: The Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA) invites unemployed graduates, who wish to apply for the 2017/18 Internship Programme.
