NATO Internship Programme In Italy, 2017

Applications are invited for NATO Internship Programme for the year 2017. Applicants must be over 21 years of age at the time of their Plot application. They must be a citizen of a NATO member state. Interns Receive a lump sum of € 800 per month. The salary is not exempt from taxation. Interns may Receive PE from outside sources (such as scholarships or grants). Internships will last 6 months. The 14th Call for applications for NATO-funded internships opened and will be closing on 11th April 2016.
Field of Internship:  Internships are offered in the following NATO Divisions: Defence Investment; Defence Policy and Planning; Executive Management; NATO Office of Security; Operations; Political Affairs and Security Policy and Public Diplomacy.

Eligibility:  In order to apply for an internship at NATO, you must fulfill all criteria outlined below:
-Age: you must be over 21 years of age at the time of your application.
-Nationality: You must be a citizen of a NATO member state.
-Educational Status: you must be a university student or a Recent graduate (in other words, you have obtained your Degree Highest less than a year ago).
-Studies: if you are currently studying, you must have successfully completed at least two years of post-secondary studies and be ENROLLED in your third year at the time of your application.
-Languages: you must be thoroughly proficient in at least one of the Official languages ​​of the organization (English and French).
Internship Open for International Students:  Nationals / Citizens of NATO Member States (Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands , Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States) can apply to the NATO Internship Programme.

-Remuneration: Interns Receive a lump sum of € 800 per month. The salary is not exempt from taxation. Interns may Receive PE from outside sources (such as scholarships or grants).
-Travel: Interns will be reimbursed for travel expenses on their Plot taking up duty and on leaving the service based on a return economy ticket and for an AMOUNT of up to 1,200 Euros .
-Leave: After three months of service, interns shall be entitled to leave (Including sick leave) at the rate of 2.5 working days for Every month of service completed, Which means 7.5 days in total.
Internship Description:  There are two types of Internship OPPORTUNITIES at the Alliance: the NATO-Funded and the GRANT-funded Internship Programme. The NATO-funded Internship Programme gives OPPORTUNITY to a wide range of Candidates, while the other is open for Those OPPORTUNITY, hose work is Supported from outside sources. And while Candidates interested in a GRANT-funded OPPORTUNITY can apply throughout the year, the call for the NATO-funded OPPORTUNITY is open only once per year in spring with two starting dates, in March and in September the following year. Internships will last 6 months.
