The Spanish National Cancer Research Centre (CNIO) announces up to 8 vacancies for undergraduate Students to work in a lab at the CNIO over the summer. Students of any nationality can apply for this CNIO Summer Training Programme.
CNIO's aim is to Examine the impact of the division Between further and higher education The on strategies to Widen participation in undergraduate Education.
The essential mission of the CNIO is to Conduct research excellence and deliver innovative technology in the field of cancer to the National Health System and the National System of Science and Innovation.
In order to be Eligible applicants must have a good knowledge of English.
Course Level:  Programme is available to undergraduate University Students to work in a lab at the CNIO over the summer. 
Study Subject:  Programme is available in the area of Life Sciences.
Scholarship Award:  Travel expenses and meals at the CNIO cafeteria will be covered for summer training program During their Plot Students stay at the center. In addition, the Students without public assistance health benefits in Spain will be covered with a private health insurance provided by the CNIO for the same period of time (8 weeks).

Eligibility:  Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be Eligible to apply for this Scholarship: -
-Applicants must have passed at least 2/3 of the Total credit points (courses or exams) required for a Life Sciences or Biomedicine-related undergraduate Degree (in any country).
-Applicants must have an excellent academic track record with a Grade Point Average (GPA) above 0.75 (with your GPA as the numerator and the Highest possible GPA as the denominator).

- must be available from June 27 to August 19 (8 weeks) to attend the training program. If you can not be at the CNIO During this period, you will not be Eligible for the program.
Nationality:  Students of any nationality can apply for this CNIO Summer Training Programme.
College Admission Requirement 
Entrance Requirement: Applicants must have passed at least 2/3 of the Total credit points (courses or exams) required for a Life Sciences or Biomedicine-related undergraduate Degree (in any country).

English language Requirements: In order to be Eligible applicants must have a good knowledge of English.
Supporting Material:  Applicants have to submit the following documents along with the application form: -
-Two letters of recommendation
-Copy of an Official Transcript of Records, Academic Transcript or Certification, stating the number of credits passed
-Copy of the National Identity Card or Passport
-Proof of having a valid health insurance, them whether public or private, during the summer the whole stay. Citizens from the European COUNTRIES Issuing Health Card (EHC), Including Spanish Nationals, must present this documentation. It is highly recommended to have These documents prepared in advance.
